- Notice is hereby given that an Organizational and Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Liberty Community Infrastructure Financing Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Monday, June 24, 2024, commencing at 6:00 p.m., in Council Chambers at the Village Green Municipal Building, 47 Hall Street, Powell, Ohio 43065. The purposes of the meeting are to:
- Elect Board Officers for 2024.
- Receive and review the Authority’s Financial Statements for the years ended December 31 of 2022 and 2023.
- Consider a motion to approve a revised 2024 budget for the Authority.
- Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board of Trustees.
